Easy Blueberry Peach Crumble

Topping it with a decadent combination including almonds, cinnamon and oats pushes this over the edge of amazing. And did we mention how easy it is?

Ingredients
For the fruit:
- Four medium peaches, sliced
- One 6 ounce carton fresh blueberries
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
For the Topping:
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup butter (for vegan, substitute vegan butter)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, mix peaches and blueberries together. Add lemon juice, flour, sugar; mix well and pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
- Stir oats, brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, almonds, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a small bowl. Mash butter into the oats mixture with a pastry cutter or a fork until the mixture is crumbly; sprinkle over the fruit.
- Bake 30 minutes and serve!
