
Make it Yourself Marinara: Quick and Delicious
From noodles made out of zucchini to a twirl of classic wheat, “pasta” is a quick way to get a hearty dinner on the table in minutes. Sure, you could top those zoodles with a spoonful of marinara straight from a jar, or you could serve your family fresh sauce made with ingredients everyone can pronounce. Our homemade marinara is so simple yet so amazingly yummy, you won’t believe you made it with your bare hands. (Which is the best part, trust us!)

Ingredients:
- 5 pounds fresh, ripe tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 6 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Basil to taste
Directions:
Crush tomatoes in large bowl, set aside
Heat olive oil
Sauté garlic until golden
Add tomatoes
Simmer an hour or until desired thickness
Add basil and sea salt
Stir and simmer for 10 more minutes
Let cool and store in jars
Refrigerate up to 2 weeks
