Health Plan of Nevada (HPN) members get a variety of digital tools with their health plan. From virtual classes to mobile apps, the number of ways to engage with your health plan – and health care – is growing!

Livestream Programs

Virtual Consultations

HPN members can schedule a virtual consultation with a registered dietitian at no additional cost. Call toll-free 1-800-720-7253, TTY 711, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to schedule your appointment.

Our online member center brings your health insurance information together in one place with:

  • Secure chat with a Member Services representative.
  • View, download and email your health plan ID card.
  • Find out who is on record as your primary care provider (PCP).

  • Check the status of a claim, prior authorization or referral.
  • Access your health records. Only available to Southwest Medical patients who opt-in to receive electronic medical records.

HPN’s Tummy2Family App

HPN wants our members to feel confident and supported as they welcome their new baby and adjust to parenthood. Download the Tummy2Family app and get access to:

  • Parenting guidance through your baby’s first two years
  • Personalized clinical content for a week-by-week guide
  • Answers to questions about your symptoms
  • Resources and health benefits available in your area
  • Kick counter, ultrasound videos, weight gain calculator

Count the Kicks®

Recording your baby’s movements is important and can help prevent stillbirth. HPN partnered with Count the Kicks® to better guide you in the process. Download the Count the Kicks app and:

  • Track each movement (kicks, jabs, pokes and rolls) as one kick
  • Count kicks every day – preferably at the same time, when your baby is most active, usually after you’ve had a snack or light meal
  • Time how long it takes your baby to get to 10 movements
  • After a few days, you will begin to see the average length of time it takes to get to 10
